Price

Registration for Drupalcamp Leuven is free of charge. If you insist on paying, you may consider becoming a sponsor.

Catering

There will be coffee available during reception, and there will be one coffeebreak in the afternoon. At noon there will be a sandwich lunch. This is all free of charge.

There are vending machines available on the campus if you want to buy soda, snacks or additional coffee.

Day schedule

The following day schedule will be followed on Saturday and Sunday:

  • 9:00 - 10:00: reception and coffee
  • 10:00 - 12:00: 2 sessions
  • 12:00 - 13:00: sandwich lunch & drinks
  • 13:00 - 15:00: 2 sessions 
  • 15:00 - 15:30: coffee break
  • 15:30 - 17:30: 2 sessions
  • 17:30 - 18:00: closing

Wifi

There will be a free wifi connection available at the campus. The network password will be on display in the foyer.

Accessibility for people with physical disabilities

The location is fully accessible for persons in a wheel chair.

Rumours are The Capital, the Worlds Biggest Beer Café will open in Leuven beginning of September. Soon in a Guinness book of records near you.

Frederik starts his down town evenings at Bar del Sol. From there it is not far to the 'Groot Begijnhof' (Unesco World Inheritance). Move on to the Dijle Mills, the Chinese Garden, the Artrechtcollege and the City Park. Quite a walk, so worth it.

Esther had all the calories she could eat Punto lovers.

If you have got coffee running throught your veins just like Henk, make sure to visit Koffie Onan in the Parijsstraat, center of Leuven. Spoil yourself with the 'Coffee of the week' or an other of their extensive assortment of coffees from all over the world.

Is coffee not really your cup of tea? No problem, just enjoy one of their many special teas.

And! ... You are so lucky because during the entire month of September you can shoot plastic ducks at Leuven Kermis!
